Before storing the ja c k on the felt
in the spare wheel w ell, the jack
arm (1) m ust be low ered alm ost to
the base (2) of the jack.
W arning!
T h e jack is d esig n ed ex­
clusively fo r jacking up the
veh ic le at th e ja ck tu b es built
into e ith e r sid e o f th e veh icle.
Use th e ja ck only to lift th e ve ­
hicle during a w h e el chan g e.

set parking brake and block

is alw ays vertical w h en in use,

arm is fu lly inserted in the
