Drinking and Driving
W arning!
D rinking and driving can be a
very dan g ero us com bination.
Even a sm all am o un t of alco ­
hol or drugs can a ffe c t your
reflexes, perceptio n s and
ju d g em en t.
The possibility of a serious or
even fatal a ccid en t is sharply
increased w hen you drink and
drive.
P lease d o n ’t drink and drive or
allow anyo n e to drive after
drinking.
Parking Brake
To engage, d epress parking brake
pedal. W hen the key is in steering
lock position 2, the brake w arning
lam p in the instru m e nt cluster
should com e on brightly.
To release the parking brake, pull
handle on instrum ent panel. The
brake w arning lam p in the in stru ­
m ent cluster should go out.

Test in Index.
Test the brakes briefly after driving
off. Perform this procedure only
w hen the road is clear of other
traffic.
W arm up the eng in e sm oothly. Do
not place full load on the engine
until the operating tem perature
has been reached.
