W hen replacing halogen bulbs do
not touch glass portion of bulb
with bare hands. Use plain paper
or a clean cloth.
Replacing bulb:
W arning!
Halogen lam ps contain
pressurized gas. A bulb can
explode if you:
• touch or m ove it w h en hot,
• drop th e bulb,
• scratch the bulb.
Bulb fo r high and low beam
HB2 (6 0 /5 5 W)
Bulb fo r fog lam p
YC (H3) (55 W)
R em ove cover above headlam p.
M ove retaining cla m p s (5) aside
and rem ove cover. Pull off e le c tri­
cal co nn ecto r (8) resp ective ly (9).
U nhook clam pin g ring and pull out
bulb together w ith cla m p in g ring.
Rem ove bulb.
Insert new bulb (seating properly
in cutouts of bulb socket), m ount
c lam pin g ring. R einstall and push
electrical co nn ecto r on securely.
R einstall co ver and fasten with
retaining clam ps (5).
R einstall co ver above headlam p,
and ch eck lam p for proper
operation.
Turn Signal, Parking, Side
M ark er and Standing Lam p
(1157 [2 1 /5 W / 3 2 /3 cp] bulb)
R eplacing bulb:
S queeze latch (6) together and lift
co m p le te lam p a ssem bly out to
front of vehicle. T w ist bulb socket
(7) co un terclockw ise and pull out.
Push bulb into socket, turn
co u n te rclo ckw ise and rem ove.
Insert new bulb in socket push in
and tw ist clockw ise. R einstall bulb
socket. R einstall lam p assem bly
until p ro pe rly seated and fasten
latch (6).
