11. Install spare w heel on wheel
hub. Insert w heel bolts and
tighten them slightly.
To avoid paint dam age, place
wheel flat against hub and
hold it there w hile installing
first wheel bolt.
U nscrew the a lig nm en t bolt to
install the last wheel bolt.
12. Low er car. R em ove ja c k and
insert jack tube cover.
13. U nfold w rench and tig hte n the
five bolts evenly, fo llo w in g the
se qu en ce illustrated above,
until all bolts are tight.
O bserve a tig h te n in g to rq ue of
110 ft.lb. (150 Nm).
14. C orrect tire pressure.
Im portant!
W hen installing new w heels the
m ounting bolts m ust be re tig h t­
ened after approx. 60 - 300 m iles
(100 to 500 km).
Before storing the jack, the jack
arm m ust be low ered alm ost to the
base of the jack.
W arning!
In c o rrec t m ounting bolts or
im p ro p erly tig h ten ed m ount­
ing bolts can cau se th e w heel
to co m e o ff. This could cause
an accid en t. Be sure to use
th e c o rrec t m ounting bolts.
