The following conditions must be satisfied for
the lamp to flash:
• Water temperature 60 ºC or higher
• Lock lever at the "LOCK" (L) position

Start regeneration by pressing the DPF
stationary regeneration switch on the monitor.
Once regeneration starts, the engine speed
rises to its maximum and regeneration is
carried out.
IMPORTANT
To stop DPF stationary regeneration mid-way,
turn the starter key to "OFF". The DPF
regeneration request lamp will illuminate once
again if regeneration is required.
During DPF regeneration, the DPF
regeneration acknowledgement lamp
illuminates on the monitor.
As the exhaust gas is being cleaned, the
smell of the exhaust gas will differ from
normal.

The engine speed returns to idle, the DPF
regeneration acknowledgement lamp goes
out, and regeneration ends.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
BEFORE STORING MACHINE
IMPORTANT
Keep the machine in the "Travelling posture"
shown in the figure during long-term storage
to protect the cylinder rods. For details on the
travelling posture, refer to "5.3.2 MACHINE
TRAVELLING POSTURE" on P. 5-15. (To
prevent rust on the cylinder rods)
Store the machine as described below when
storing it for one month or longer:
• Wash and clean each part of the machine and
store it indoors.
If you have to leave it outdoors, select a flat
location where the machine is not likely to be
exposed to flooding or other disasters, and
cover the machine.
• Fill up the fuel tank all the way. This prevents
the accumulation of water.
• Be sure to refuel, grease, and change the oil.
• Apply grease to the exposed sections of the
hydraulic cylinder piston rods.
• Either turn the disconnecting switch to "OFF" or
remove the battery from the machine for
storage.
• If the temperature drops to 0 ºC or below, add
antifreeze solution. Contact us or our sales
service agency for the antifreeze solution
mixing ratio.
