4.10 DOOR
CAUTION
• Check that the door is locked in the open or
closed position before use.
• Be sure to open and close the door while on
a level surface. If it is opened and closed
while on a slope, the force needed may
change suddenly, which is dangerous.
• Be sure to hold the door handle (1) when
opening and closing the door.
• Be careful not to trap your hand against the
front pillar or centre pillar.
• If there is someone in the cab, call out before
opening or closing the door.
DOOR LOCK
To close the door, pull the door handle (1)
backward once and unlock the lock (2) before
closing the door.
When opening and closing the door, move it until
the door is locked.
When opening and closing the door from inside
the cab, move the unlocking lever (4) downward to
unlock the door before opening or closing.
4.11 RETRACTABLE SEAT
BELT HANDLING
WARNING
• Before wearing the seat belt, check the belt
mounting bracket and installed belt for any
abnormalities.
If they are worn or damaged, replace with
new ones.
• Replace the seat belt with a new one every
three years even if there is no visible
abnormality.
The date of manufacture is woven into the
back of the belt.
• Be sure to wear the seat belt when operating
the machine.
• Do not wear the seat belt while it is twisted.
This seat belt has a retractable device, so length
adjustment is not required.
FASTENING SEAT BELT
Pull out the belt from the retracting device (1)
while holding the grip (2) and check that there is
no twisting. Insert the insertion tab (3) securely
into the buckle (4).
Pull the belt lightly here to check that the belt is
securely fastened.
UNFASTENING SEAT BELT
Press the button (5) on the buckle (4) to release
the insertion tab (3) from the buckle (4).
The belt automatically retracts, so hold the grip (2)
and slowly return it to the retracting device (1).
