Crawler Crane

•
Keep your face, limbs, and body away from the
grease discharge plug (1).
NEVER DISASSEMBLE THE RECOIL SPRING
Never disassemble the recoil spring assembly.
The recoil spring assembly is designed to buffer
the idler and contains a strong spring.
Inadvertently disassembling it may cause the
spring to fly out, resulting in serious personal
injury. If disassembly is required, contact us or our
sales service agency.
ACCUMULATOR AND GAS SPRING
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
•
This machine uses an accumulator. After
stopping the engine, be sure to set the lock
lever to the "LOCK" position (L).
•
The accumulator and gas spring are charged
with high-pressure nitrogen gas, and any
incorrect handling may result in explosion or
serious personal injury. Strictly observe the
following when handling:
Do not disassemble.
Keep away from fire; do not throw into fire.
Do not drill, weld, or gas-cut.
Do not hit, roll over, or subject to impact.
When disposing of, the gas inside must be
removed. Contact us or our sales service
agency.
BEWARE OF COMPRESSED AIR
When using compressed air for cleaning, there is
a risk of serious personal injury from flying debris.
Be sure to wear goggles, dust mask, and gloves.
AIR-CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE AND
INSPECTION
•
There is a risk of blindness if the
air-conditioning refrigerant gets into the eyes or
frostbite if it comes into contact with the skin.
Never loosen parts of the cooling circuit.
•
When maintaining and servicing the air
conditioner, follow the Fluorocarbon
Refrigerants Emission Regulating Act.
•
The customer (machine owner) is obliged to
conduct periodic inspections under the
Fluorocarbon Refrigerants Emission Regulating
Act. Perform an inspection once every three
months. Inspection is required even during
seasons when the air conditioner is not in use.
Check items
Abnormal vibration and abnormal operating
noise from the compressor
Oil seeping out from and around the
compressor
Scratches, corrosion, rust, or other defects
on the compressor
Frosting on the air conditioner's
heat-exchanger in the cab
PRECAUTIONS WHEN DISPOSING OF
WASTE
Care must be taken to avoid environmental
pollution when disposing of waste.
