Using correction-factor files

To use the newly acquired

xcorrect

and

mcorrect

files, you must tell FluorEs-

sence™ use them when the

Correction

check box is activated in the

Experiment Setup

window.

In the FluorEssence
toolbar, choose Collect.

A drop-down menu appears.

Choose Advanced Setup.

A sub-menu appears.

Click System Configuration.

If the system has not been initialized, choose the instrument, and let the system
initialize. Then redo steps
