FRAME/BODY PANELS/EXHAUST SYSTEM

DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the headlight 3P and front turn signal
light 3P connectors.

Disconnect the position light socket by turning it to
counterclockwise.

Remove the screws, clamps and turn signal/posi-
tion/headlight wire.

Remove the screws and headlight.

Remove the screws and front turn signal light.

Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.

REAR METER PANEL

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Remove the front side cover (page 3-21).

Remove the socket bolts, washers and front handle
cover.

FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT

HEAD LIGHT

SCREWS

HEADLIGHT 3P CONNECTOR

TURN SIGNAL LIGHT 3P CONNECTOR

SOCKET

Be careful not to

damage the tab.
