relay (one bit). Check the [Lines/Relay] in the [Relay]
dialog and enlarge the display area if
necessary.

has been specified. Re-set the pattern.
70 Data sheet: column/line over Check the data sheet columns/lines,
and set correctly.
71 The parts for a closed area graph
exceed 64 kbytes (V606: 32 kbytes). Reduce the size of the parts.

Specify the setting of [ Real Time

folder.
