10.1.2.2. CO300 other maintenance parts replacement operation specifications:
10.1.2.2.1. Replace the water pipe joint
Step 1: Use the special tool for the water pipe joint to remove the water pipe joint and remove the water pipe joint
assembly.
Step 2: Replace the new water pipe joint, check that the seal ring is not leaked or damaged, and apply FN-0088 grease
to the outer circle of the seal ring
Step 3: Manually screw in the water pipe joint threaded hole. Do not damage the seal ring during screwing.
Step 4: Tighten the water pipe joint assembly with a fixed torque wrench, tightening torque 25 ± 3Nm
(Note: After the water pipe joint is replaced, the vehicle water cooling system needs to be operated under normal
conditions. Check that there is no leakage of cooling water in the replacement place.)
10.1.2.2.2. Replace the grounding screw
Step 1: Use a socket wrench to remove the hexagonal flange bolt that fixes the ground wire, and check that the surface
of the bolt is not damaged, and the surface is free of rust and corrosion.
Step 2: Pass the hexagon flange bolt through the ground wire and screw it into the controller housing threaded hole
manually;
Step 3: Use a socket torque wrench to tighten the hexagon flange bolts with a torque of 20 ± 2Nm.
10.1.2.2.3. Replace the warning sign
Step 1: Remove the warning label attached to the upper baffle of the controller
Step 2: Remove the protective film on the surface of the warning mark, and re-attach the warning mark to the original
position
