● Too loose or too tight ball pin, king pin and

9. Abnormal noise with the steering gear
Malfunction Causes Troubleshooting
The steering
gear sounds
fizzle
● It’s normal for the power steering system to
sound fizzle, and it is most apparent while
braking; but this kind of noise has nothing to
do with the steering functioning. When the
steering wheel is in its extreme positions or
you are turning the steering wheel slowly
while the vehicle is idle, this kind of fizzle
happens.
● Slight fizzle is normal,
and it won't affect the
functioning of steering.
