1 The sensor signal is weak. Check the bearing for gear ring deflection. Push the sensor
till it contacts the gear ring.
2 The tooth number of the gear ring is different.
3 Check the sensor wire harness and measure the DC voltage.
4 Check the sensor wire harness. Replace the sensor if necessary. Measure it to see if
there is a short circuit of grounding.
5 Check the sensor wire harness. Replace the sensor if necessary. Measure it to see if
there is open circuit.
6 Check the sensor wire harness. Replace the sensor if necessary. Measure the sensor to
see if there is short circuit between the sensor IG and IGM.

Use WABCO sensor measuring meter to check the gear ring for damage or tooth
shortage. Replace the gear ring if any problem is found.
If the sensor clearance trouble is stored in the memory, adjust the clearance. Check if
the voltage is suddenly interrupted.
8 Adjust the sensor clearance. One other possible cause is that the tire sliding exceeds 16
seconds.
9 Check if the other sensor is wrongly matched and measure the other sensor IG/IGM.
Make the wiring correctly.
10 Adjust the sensor clearance. Check the sensor wire harness and plug to see if there is
intermittent contact. Read out the voltage and compare it with the required value. The
wheel speed disappears temporarily.
11 Check the sensor wire harness and plug to see if there is intermittent contact. Check the
gear ring for damage. Read out the voltage and compare it with the required value.
12 Check the sensor wire harness and plug to see if there is intermittent contact. If the
trouble has occurred repeatedly, replace the ECU.
13 Check the wire harness of the electromagnetic valve to see if the wire of intake or
exhaust port, or grounding wire is open temporarily or permanently.
14 Check the wire harness of the electromagnetic valve to see if there is short circuit
between the intake valve or the exhaust valve and the storage battery.
15 Check the wire harness of the electromagnetic valve to see if the circuit of intake valve
or exhaust valve is open.
16 Check the wire harness of the electromagnetic valve to see if there is short circuit
between the intake valve or exhaust valve and the ground.
17 Check the wire harness to see if there is short circuit between the storage battery and
the output.
18 Check the wire harness to see if there is output short circuit.
19 Check the wire harness to see if there is short circuit between the output and the ground
20 Check the wire harnesses of the right front, left rear and left third electromagnetic
valves to see if there is a short circuit between the grounding wire and the storage
