Step 1: Use a socket wrench to loosen the two HW-1734 caps, and then unscrew the stuffing caps manually ;
Step 2: Use a hexagonal wrench, loosen the two HW-1944 combination screws which fixes the positive cable;
Step 3: Use the special spanner to loose the cable gland cover, and then remove the positive cable;
Step 4: Same of steps 2-3, remove the negative cable;
Step 5: Use the gland special wrench to remove the cable gland base from the controller housing;
Step 6: Check the inside of the controller from the two screw holes. Make sure no foreign objects inside.
Note : Before removing the positive and negative cables, the positive and negative cable must be removed from
Power Distribution Cabinet first, and cannot be removed in charge.
10.1.2.1.2. Steps for installing positive and negative cables:
Step 1: Check the appearance of the positive and negative cables. no damage, no rust or corrosion on the terminal.
Step 2: Remove the cable gland base from the cable line, and then apply a small amount of FN-0088 grease evenly
on the surface of the fixed O-ring.
Step 3: Manually screw the cable fixing base into the threaded hole of the controller housing, and check that the O-
ring should not be damaged.
Step 4: Use the special tool to tighten the cable fixing base to ensure the tightening torque 25 ± 3Nm
Step 5: Take the positive cable, insert the terminal into the controller, and then use the hexagonal wrench to fix the
two HW-1944 combination screws to fix the terminal
Step 6: Use a torque wrench to tighten the two HW-1944 combination screws to ensure a torque of 10 ± 2Nm
Step 7: Tighten the cable gland and base, tightening torque 15 ± 2Nm
Step 8: Repeat steps 1-7 to complete the installation of the negative cable.
Step 9: Replace the O-ring on the screw cover, and then apply a small amount of FN-0088 grease evenly on the outer
surface of the O-ring; (Note: The O-rings on the stuffing cover must be replaced after each removal.)
Step 10: Manually screw the screw cover to the thread hole, and then tighten it with a torque of 15 ± 2Nm;
(Note: The positive and negative cable is not produced by our company. If you need to replace the positive and
negative cable, the customer should contact the positive and negative cable manufacturer and purchase it separately)

Fixed value torque wrench 10-50Nm, hexagonal screwdriver sleeve, ratchet wrench, 36mm sleeve, sleeve adapter,
special socket wrench for cable
