BR-38 Brake System BR-6125J93C-01
1) Use wooden wedges to block the front wheels from the front and ear.
2) Loosen the nuts of outer rear wheels.
3) Jack up the rear axle with a jack until the wheels are lifted off the ground. For the sake of safety, support the
rear axle with a saddle.
Caution:
Please refer to “Rear Axle” section for above work.
4) Remove the wheel assembly of rear axle.
5) Remove the rear axle shaft.
6) Remove the lock plate of adjusting nut.
7) Remove the adjusting nut with a dedicated tool.
8) Use a hub puller to remove the outer hub bearing and brake drum.
Caution:
Special care should be taken in removing the wheel hub to avoid damaging the threads of the axle shaft sleeve.
9) Use a dedicated tool for return spring to remove the return
spring.
Caution:
Before taking out the return spring, use a ring or iron wire to
bind the brake shoe

10)
Remove the brake shoe.
„ Remove the steel lock wire and positioning screw.

„ Remove the anchor pin shaft of brake shoe and the brake shoe.

Remove the retainer ring, roller pin shaft and roller.
