4.7.2 Screening mode
In the " Screening " mode it is not possible to adjust the
number of stimulations. In this mode the device
switches to the next frequency when the validation con-
ditions are reached or after having reached the maxi-
mum test duration. After having tested all the selected
frequencies, the device stops the measurement and indi-
cates whether the test is valid or not conclusive, depend-
ing on the number of frequencies at which the distortion
product (DP) was recorded.
Frequencies to be tested, validating conditions and maximum duration of the test can be modify in the advanced
setting of the DP-gram (see subsection 2.3.1.1 ) . In this menu, it is also possible to modify the intensity used in « Screening
» mode. The intensity setting and the access to this menu directly from the measurement window can be unlocked in the
« Config OAE » (see subsection Erreur ! Source du renvoi introuvable. ).
At the end of the measurement, a popup shows if the test is valid or not.

If you are not familiar with the settings and how modifying them can affect test results, do not attempt to
change them. A bad setting can make the next measurements unusable and irrelevant.
