6.4.1

Description of the measurement window

For details about presentation and analysis of the curves, see section

L2 power selection in dB SPL (The difference between the L1 and L2 values can be set in the advanced settings of
the device – see subsection

).

Select the number of average (number of stimulation) for one point (this setting is not available in «Screening»
mode).

Rejection setting: the value corresponds to the acoustic noise level in dB SPL above which the acquisition will be
rejected

Select measurement frequencies.

«Screening» mode

.

In this mode, the device switches to the next frequency when the validation conditions are

reached or if the maximum test time has been reached. After testing all the selected frequencies, the instrument
stops the measurement and indicates whether the test is valid or not, depending on the number of frequencies at
which the distortion product (DP) was detected.
