COMFORT AIRFLOW and INTELLIGENT EYE Operation
The INTELLIGENT EYE incorporates infrared sensors to detect the
presence of people in the conditioned room.
When these sensors detect people, the louvers will adjust the airflow
direction to an area where people are not present. When there are no
people in the sensing areas, the air conditioner will go into energy-
saving mode.
To start operation
1. Press “COMFORT/SENSOR button”
and select an operation mode.

Choose the desired operation mode
out of the following sequence.
•
Each time the “COMFORT/SENSOR
button” is pressed a different setting
option is displayed on the LCD.
To cancel operation
2. Press “COMFORT/SENSOR button”.
•
Press the button to select “Blank”.

The flaps will adjust the airflow direction upward
while cooling, and adjust the airflow direction
downward while heating.
The sensors will detect the movement of people
in the sensing areas and the louvers will adjust
the airflow direction to an area where people are
not present. When there are no people in the
sensing areas, the air conditioner will go into
energy-saving mode.
The air conditioner will be in COMFORT
AIRFLOW operation combined with
INTELLIGENT EYE operation.
