• the model and Serial Number of your Q-NRG device.
• the date you received the Q-NRG device.
• your details (name, surname, address).
• your company name (if applicable).
• your return mailing and email address and a contact phone number (if available).
We may charge you a nominal fee to cover the cost of the media and distribution.
Your request must be sent within three (3) years of the date you received the GPL or LGPL covered code.
