Chapter 5 - Maintenance

COSMED srl

Fan filter replacement

Fan Filter must be replaced every 350 tests or any time you replace the Pneumatic Cartridge. The fan filter protects 
internal components to possible cross contamination.

To Replace the Fan Filter

1.  Pull out the fan filter 

(A-750-900-008) from its 
socket in the back panel.

2.  Insert a new fan filter into 

the socket (make sure it is 
free of folds).

Mains fuses replacement

1.  Unplug Q-NRG from the 

mains and turn the device 
off.

2.  Open the fuses locker with 

the aid of a straight slotted 
screw driver to access the 
two mains fuses.

3.  Carefully extract the tray 

and replace the fuses 
according to the labelling.

Note:
