Update Q-NRG licenses
Additional hardware/software functions can be added to Q-NRG which require activation. Activation keys are
encrypted and stored in the non-erasable section of the internal memory of the device.
Note : License activation can be only performed by connecting Q-NRG to a PC with OMNIA Licenser via a USB
cable.
Update Q-NRG Licenses
1. Connect Q-NRG to the PC via an USB cable.
2. From Windows Start menu, launch
COSMED/OMNIA Licensers
and select
Device Management
tab.
3. Select
Q-NRG
or
Q-NRG+
from the list of all COSMED devices and specify USB communication port.
4. Click
Upgrade License
.
5. Click
Load from file
and select the license file (*.lic) to import.
6. Repeat the above steps for all the license files received.
7. Click
Upgrade
to apply all changes.
8. Reboot device.
