Error Messages and Notifications
Q-NRG may prompt some of the messages listed below to highlight technical errors and failures. Notification
messages not related to error/problem may also be prompted when operating the device and are not listed in this
chapter. A specific symbol can be associated with an error message:

General mandatory action sign

An audible signal is also associated with each error message:
1 Beep
No priority
3 Beep Medium priority
Note: Before contacting technical support refer to the following table and refer to the corrective action when
available.

Detected flow too low Flow during Pneumotach calibration
is lower than expected Check the Pneumotach connections
Replace Pneumotach with a brand
new one
Error#101
Detect flow too high Flow during Pneumotach calibration
is higher than expected Check the Pneumotach connections
Replace Pneumotach with a brand
new one
Error#102
Calibration factors out of range Calibration results outside acceptable
range Review calibration set-up according to
instructions and repeat calibration
Access Calibration/Cal. Factors/Results
to identify the parameter(s) out of
range and contact technical support
providing a detailed description of the
problem
Error#103
CO2 scrubber exhausted
(Maintenance required)
CO2 scrubber is unable to remove CO2
from room air The internal Pneumatic Cartridge
must be replaced. Refer to the related
maintenance procedure (“Pneumatic
Cartridge Replacement”)
