Chapter 5 - Maintenance 

COSMED srl

3.  Gently pull out the 

pneumatic cartridge.

4.  Unpack the new pneumatic 

cartridge. 
Place and screw the new 
pneumatic cartridge 
(notate the LOT, this is 
required to update the 
maintenance schedule); 
be sure to align the new 
pneumatic cartridge with 
the reference poles. 

5.  Refer to “To Close the Back 

Panel” to re-insert the 
battery and closing the 
device.

6.  Turn the device ON and 

select 

SETTINGs/MAINTENANCE.

7.  Type in the Installation 

Date and LOT of the new  
Pneumatic Cartridge.

Pneumatic cartridge replacement shall be performed every 350 tests. Q-NRG device prompts a warning 
message when the maintenance is required.
