NOTE
• The Printed Image and Photo Print selections are available when print photo mode is turned to On. (See
“Setting Up the Photo Mode,” in the Reference Guide.)
• If you make copies of an original containing halftones, such as a printed photograph, using the photo
mode, moiré copy settings occur. If this happens, you can soften the moiré effect by using the sharpness
mode. (See “Making Sharp Contrast Copies,” on p. 3-36.)

Place your originals, press the [Text/Photo]
drop-down list box, and select the desired
mode.

Proceed to make copies in the usual way.
NOTE
• You can cancel all copy settings by pressing the
key. (The machine reverts to the standard set-
tings.)
