Error Codes Without Messages
If a remote copy or send job does not end normally, the error code is printed in the Results column
on the Send Result Report. Take the necessary steps as indicated by the error code.
NOTE
• If a send job in canceled, STOP appears in the Results column.
• For error codes for fax jobs, see the Fax Reference Guide.

- Copying was canceled.
- Try copying again.

- No department ID was set when the
job was entered, or the password
was changed.
- Enter the correct department ID or
password.

- Unable to operate because mem-
ory is full.
- Unable to receive I-fax because
memory is full.
- Wait a few moments.
- Try again after other Send jobs are
completed.
- If sending to multiple addresses
simultaneously, break into several
smaller messages.

- Unable to write because memory is
full.
- Unable to receive I-fax because
memory is full.
- Wait a few moments.
- Try again after other Send jobs are
completed.
- Delete documents in box.
- If still unable to operate, turn main
power supply to OFF, wait 3 sec-
