Mail Box Screen
Documents stored in boxes may be printed or sent. You can also move documents between boxes,
and check box memory capacity.
This example shows the User Box screen.

Box Number Keys

box.
Size
Displays the amount of box
memory being used by doc-
uments currently stored in
that box.
Box Name
Displays the names regis-
tered for a box.
Remaining Memory
Displays the remaining
memory capacity.
