What the Machine Can Do

System Monitor Screen

This screen is used to check job status and logs, cancel jobs, and check the status of the machine.

This example shows the screen after pressing the [Copy] key. 

Status

Press to display jobs currently 
being processed as well as jobs 
in the standby queue.

Log

Press to display a log 
of jobs processed.

Device

Press to verify the 
current device sta-
tus. (See  p. 7-34.)

Fax

Press to view the 
status and log of fax 
sending and receiv-

Displays a job sta-
