Making Copies Using the Basic Functions

Flow of Copy Operations

Press the 

 key.

The machine begins copying.

The Copy Job Monitor screen appears in the 
touch panel display. The Copy Job Monitor 
screen shows the status of the last copy job 
scanned.
Press [Cancel] to cancel a copy job.
Press [Done] to go to the next job.

IMPORTANT

• You cannot change settings such as the copy 

quantity, copy paper size, and copy ratio during 
copying.

NOTE

• To interrupt a copy job in progress to make prior-

ity copies, press the [Interrupt] key to close the 
Copy Job Monitor screen. (See “Interrupting a 
Copy Job to Make Priority Copies,” on p. 2-74.)

When the copy has been made, remove it.

NOTE

• If you have set Department ID management, press the
