Moving Jobs Between Boxes
(Move to Box)
IMPORTANT
• Moving a document automatically deletes it from the original box.
• Documents can only be moved from the User Boxes.
• Documents can only be moved to User Boxes, not to the Memory RX Box.

Press the [User Boxes] key.

Select the box containing the document you
want to move.
NOTE
• You must enter a password for boxes that have
been password protected. (See “Opening a
Password-protected Box,” on p. 5-6.)

Select the document you want to move and
press the [Move To Box] key.
• You can select up to 32 documents, or up to 999
pages.
• Before any other documents are selected, press
the [Select All] key to select up to 32 documents,
or up to 999 pages, in the order listed.
• Press the [Clear Selection] key to cancel all doc-
ument selections.
