Canceling Print Jobs

You can stop a print job while the job is being processed or in the print queue.

NOTE

• You cannot stop printing of documents received from Macintosh computers or documents received by 

I-fax .

Press the [System Monitor] key.

Press the [Print] key.

3

Select the print job you want to stop and 
press the [Cancel] key.

The selected job is removed from the print 
queue.
