Checking and Changing the Status of Print Jobs

7-20

Press the [Print] key.

Password-protected jobs appear in the job list
with the following

icon in the status column.

Select the secured print job you want to
print, and press the [Secured Print] key.

A screen appears for you to enter the password.
The job cannot be printed or changed unless the
proper password is entered.

Enter the password, then press the [OK] key.

If the correct password is entered, the job enters
the print queue.

NOTE

• Use the keypad to enter the password of up to 7

digits.
