Making Copies Using the Basic Functions

Specifying Function Priority

When remote copying, use this procedure for selecting copy settings before selecting an output
device.

Place your originals and select the copy set-
tings.

Press the [Select Output Device] key. 

A list of iR3250 machines registered in the 
system appears.

NOTE

• Remember that only machines that support all of 

the copy settings you have selected will be avail-
able on the list.

• If no machine is able to print with the copy set-

tings you have selected, no printer will be avail-
able for selection. You will need to change the
copy settings again.

Select the output device.

NOTE

• The first device on the Select Output Device list 

will be your machine.

• You can select any machine that supports the

copy settings you have selected.

• To view details about a designated output device,

select that device and press the [Details] key. The
following information will be displayed:
- Device name
- Location
- Status
- Printer options
- Paper
