Table or Shelf Installation

To install the Model 281xSA hub on a table or shelf, follow these steps:

Peel off the protective backing from the rubber feet and apply one at
each marked location on the bottom of the hub (see Figure 2-2).

Figure 2-2. Attaching feet

Set the hub on a table or shelf so that it has at least 2 inches of space
on all sides.

Connect the power cord, first to the power entry receptacle on the
back of the hub (see Figure 2-3) and then to the wall.
