Returns a comma-separated list of all virtual instrument handles. The

list will always contain the handle DVT.

Example

might return “DVT”, “_TEST”

Parameters

<Handle>

The handle of the virtual instrument to be destroyed.

Destroys a handle created by CREate? and frees all associated

resources.
