The symbol that appears in the lower right part indicates if there is a network connection, both
local and remote, that is, if there is a connection to the local network and data frames are
received from the devices on it or if there is an Internet connection or VPN. If there is no
connection, no symbol appears and, if there is, the order of priority (from lowest to highest) is
local connection, Internet and VPN; several situations can occur at the same time and then the
symbol corresponding to the highest priority will appear:
4.2.1. Cross-point activation buttons.
There are 16 cross-point activation buttons available in the application. Pressing any of the
configured buttons activates the programmed command. There is a color code to indicate the
operational status of each button.
The colors that the buttons can show are the following:
•
Dark grey
(off)
:
Button not programmed or deactivated (not pressed).
•
Fixed green:
Indicates that a programmed button has been pressed. It remains this
way if no communication is established between the 2 devices involved.
•
Fixed red:
Indicates that communication has been established between the 2 devices
involved and a "Talk" and a "Listen" are being executed (bidirectional communication).
It remains this way if the button has been pressed on the remote device.
•
Blinking red:
Indicates that communication has been established between the 2
devices involved and a "Talk" or a "Listen" are being executed (unidirectional
communication). It remains this way if the button has been pressed on the remote
device.
•
Fixed orange:
Indicates that communication has been established between the 2
devices involved and a "Talk" and a "Listen" are being executed (bidirectional
communication). It remains this way if the button has been pressed on the "Xpeak
Virtual" application. It's the combination of fixed green and fixed red status.
•
Blinking between green and orange:
Indicates that communication has been
established between the 2 devices involved and a "Talk" or a "Listen" are being
executed (unidirectional communication). It remains this way if the button has been
pressed on the "Xpeak Virtual" application. It's the combination of fixed green and
blinking red status.
In the following example (the two images show the variation in time of the application), there is a
red button indicating that a bidirectional communication has been established between the
"Xpeak Virtual" application and a Xpeak_R panel. In addition, since this color is fixed, it
indicates that this Xpeak_R panel is the one that has established the communication (the
associated button has been pressed on it). On the other hand, the upper and lower lines of the
button indicate that the Xpeak_R belongs to a family identified with red color.
We can also see that there are two buttons blinking between green and orange indicating that a
unidirectional communication has been established between the "Xpeak Virtual" application and
the first two channels of a Xpeak_IF interface and, furthermore, that the associated buttons
have been pressed on the application. Furthermore, the upper and lower lines of both buttons
indicate that the Xpeak_IF belongs to a family identified with blue color.
