Removal of module
Attention
The MTS
e
must be switched off and, if AC powered, the cord must
be disconnected.
1.
Completely unscrew the two large locking screws of the module.
2.
Carefully pull the module backwards to slide it out of its slot.
Installation of module
Attention
The MTS
e
must be switched off and, if AC powered, the cord must
be disconnected.
1.
Make sure that the two large locking screws of the module are completely
unscrewed.
2.
Carefully slide the module back into its slot.
3.
Once the module is fully pushed back into its slot, keep pressure applied to
the front face while tightening the two locking screws.
Important
You must fully tighten the screws to their stops. The rear panel of the
module should be aligned with the rear panel of the chassis.
Positioning of the unit
Depending on the working conditions during operation, the MTS
e
can either be
stood on a work top or hand held. In both cases it has several positions.
Used on a work top, the MTS
e
can be positioned:
1.
Vertically, when the operator is sitting down
2.
Horizontally, if imposed by environmental conditions
3.
At 45
°
using the stand, when the user is standing up.
