Before Starting Measurements
• Keys Other Than the Character Keys
• BS:
Deletes the character before the entry position.
• INS:
Switches between insert and overwrite mode. During insert mode, the
INSERT indicator on the keyboard illuminates. When a new character is
entered in insert mode, the new character is placed at the entry position
and all following characters are moved backward.
• CLR:
Clears all displayed characters. On the keyboard used to enter the file
name and comment, RESET on the front panel can also be used to
achieve the same result.
• CAPS: Switches between uppercase and lowercase.
• SPACE: Enters a space.
• ENT:
Enters the displayed characters.
