Installation

1) Clean the sealing surfaces on the SAC

(1, Fig. 5), receiver and frame.

2) Attach the tools (94663 or 94666),

swivel lugs (94048

−

M16), shackle

(94572H) and manual ratchet (H2) as

shown.

3) Operate the crane (2) and the manual

ratchet (H2) to lift the SAC (1) into the

horizontal position shown.

4) Attach the supports (94663A, 94663B)

to the left and right side of the frame.

5) Attach the safety chains (94663C,

94663D) to the supports (94663A,

94663B).

6) Attach the manual ratchet (H3) to the lug

in the charging unit.

7) Apply a high-temperature silicon

compound to the sealing surfaces of the

SAC (1).

8) Operate the manual ratchets (H3, H2)

and the crane (2) to move the SAC (1)

on to the supports (94663A, 94663B).

9) Attach the safety chains (94663C,

94663D)to the SAC (1).

10) Operate the crane (2) and the manual

ratchets (H2, H3) to move the SAC

sufficiently to attach the manual

ratchet (H1).

11) Attach the manual ratchet (H1).
12) Remove the manual ratchet (H2) from

the rear of the SAC (1).

13) Attach the manual ratchet (H2) to the

front of the SAC (1).

14) Remove the crane (2).
15) Operate the manual ratchets (H1, H2,

H3) to move the SAC into the charging

unit.
