3. Fuel Pump No. 2 −
Removal
1) Remove the pipes ( 2, Fig. 5 ) from fuel
pump No. 2, refer to 8752 − 1 .
2) Attach the tube (94581B/H), the holders
(94581I − FS, or 94581C − FS) to the rear
of the charging unit (1) with the M12x30
screws.
3) Torque the M12x30 screws to 58 Nm.
4) Attach the tube (94581J, or 94581D),
the support plate (94581A) and holder
(94581C − RS) to the charging unit (1)
with the M12x30 screws.
5) Torque the M12x30 screws to 58 Nm.
6) Attach the manual ratchets (H1, H2) to
the lugs of the tube (94581B/H).
7) Attach the plate (94581G − 2) to the cover
of the fuel pump with M10x25 screws.
8) Attach the lifting plate (94581E) and the
chain (94581F) to the plate (94581G − 2)
and chain (94581F)with the M10x30
screws.
9) Attach the manual ratchet (H1) to the
chain (94581F). Apply a light tension to
the manual ratchet (H1).
10) Remove the nine Allen screws (3).
