3. Removal
1) Disconnect the electrical connection
from the 4/2-way valve (2) and the
pressure transmitter (7).
2) Remove the Allen screws (1, 5 and 6
Fig. 2 )
3) Carefully remove horizontally the
exhaust valve control unit (VCU, 4) from
the intermediate piece (12).
4) Make sure that you co not cause
damage to the connection piece (13).
5) Remove and discard the O-ring (11) and
back-up ring (10).
6) Put protection on the open holes in the
servo oil rail.
7) Install blanks to the ports in the VCU.
4. Disassemble
1) Remove the pan-head screw (4, Fig. 3 ).
2) Remove the plug (5).
3) Remove and discard the O-ring (3) and
back-up ring (2).
4) Make sure that the inner piston (7) and
outer piston (6) move freely.
5. Assemble
1) Put a new O-ring (3) and back-up ring (2)
on then plug (5).
2) Push the plug (5) into the valve control
block (1).
3) Install the pan head screw (4).
4) Make sure that the plug (5) is flush with
the bottom of the valve control block (1).
