25) ‘Machine Feedback’ Screen
The
‘Machine Feedback’
screen displays data related to the performance of nine machine
components. This
‘Real Time Sequence’
display shows in blue bars the actual time in
milliseconds of the operation of each component within the machine cycle. To the right of the real
time sequence display are the Start Time, End Time, and Duration Time of each of the nine
machine components. In the bottom center of the
‘Machine Feedback’
Screen is a display of the
machine’s Actual CPM. Touch the
‘MAIN CONTROL’
button in the lower left-hand corner to exit
the
‘Main Control’
screen. Touch the
‘PREVIOUS’
button in the lower right-hand corner of the
screen to return to the
‘Setup’
screen.
NOTE: The data fields on this screen are read-only. Values are not touch-sensitive.
The
‘Machine Feedback’
screen is used for machine diagnostics.
26) ‘TROUBLESHOOTING’ Button
The
‘TROUBLESHOOTING’
button is found on the upper right-hand
side of the
‘SETUP’
screen, to the right of the
‘MACHINE FEEDBACK’
button. The
‘Troubleshooting’
screen provides access to the
machine’s PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) inputs and outputs.
Touch the
‘TROUBLESHOOTING’
button to be taken to the
‘Troubleshooting’
screen.
27) ‘Troubleshooting’ Screen
In the center of the
‘Troubleshooting’
screen are the
‘PLC INPUTS’
and
‘PLC OUTPUTS’
buttons.
28) ‘PLC INPUTS’ Button
In the center-left side of the
‘Troubleshooting’
screen is the
‘PLC INPUTS’
button. Touch this button to access the
‘PLC
Inputs’
screen.
