9.4.11 Discharge Conveyor Assemblies
Verify the following items on the discharge conveyor:
1) Check belts for proper tension, alignment and wear.
2) Check general condition of motors. Tach belt speed should be 85-90 FPM.
3) Examine pivot point of tilt-out deck assembly for any wear.
Check the ‘S’ box for Satisfactory Performance and ‘US’ box for Unsatisfactory Performance.
