Weekly Inspection
Each week the drivebelts should be inspected to ensure that they move easily and spring back fully.
Check the springs for failure, and ensure that the hard-anodized frame members are free of dust and
debris. Check the UHMW-lined conveyor-bearing backing plates for bearing material residue. All
leadscrews, chains and sprockets and other sliding components should be thoroughly cleaned and lightly
greased. Use Fuchs FMG 387 Food Grade grease or its equivalent.

Any work that involves entering the control panel must be carried out by a
qualified electrician.
Monthly Inspection
At monthly or 500-hour intervals (whichever comes first), it is recommended that the guide tubes be
removed, thoroughly cleaned, and lightly greased. If the environment is extremely dirty, or if some
sticking is experienced, a shorter interval is recommended. Remove only one guide tube at a time per
acme nut to avoid rotation of the nut. This will prevent misalignment of the drivebelts.
NOTE: The gear reducer lubricant should be changed after the initial 1,500 hours of operation and after
every 5,000 subsequent hours of operation.

Remove any corrugated fragment deposits that have accumulated.
Check the pneumatic filter bowl filter for debris.
Clean the filter bowl with soapy water (optional).
Replace the filter bowl.
