13) ‘Box Settings’ Keypad
On the resulting
‘Box Settings’
screen, press any of
the values to the right of the case dimensions that
you wish to change (C, D, or E Dimensions). A
keypad will appear on the left of the screen showing
the maximum and minimum dimensions available for
the selected measurement. Enter a value between
these two parameters and press
‘ENTER’
. Perform
the same procedure for each case dimension that
you wish to adjust.
You can also input a value for the desired number of
cases per minute (‘Selected CPM’), but selecting
very large box sizes will automatically override your
selection and reduce the flow rate to the lower
default setting of 5-25 CPM. The maximum flow rate
is 30 CPM. The minimum and maximum settings
are as follows:

14) Selected CPM and CPM Range
To change the Selected CPM, touch the blue
value of the Selected CPM to the right of the
title. A keypad will appear on the left of the
screen showing the maximum and minimum
dimensions available for the selected
measurement. Enter in a value between these
two parameters and press
‘ENTER’
. The CPM
range value cannot be changed in this display.
To return to the
‘Main Control’
screen, press
the
‘MAIN CONTROL’
button in the lower left-
hand corner of the screen.
15) ‘JOG CONTROL’ Button
This button is located to the bottom left of the
‘Main Control’
screen
when the machine is stopped. When the machine is operating in
‘AUTOMATIC CYCLE
mode, the button will disappear until the
machine is stopped. This button will take the machine into
JOG
mode from
AUTOMATIC
CYCLE
mode.
•
JOG
mode allows the operator move through the machine cycle one step at a time. This
mode is useful during case size setup and troubleshooting. Pushing the
‘JOG
CONTROL’
button displays the
‘Jog Control’
screen.
