16) ‘Jog Control’ Screen
Along the bottom of the
‘Jog Control’
screen, 18 sensor
LS
status indicators show which
sensors are activated during each jog step. An illuminated status indicator shows that there is no
response from a particular sensor. Touching the sensor status indicator will change the display to
show a photo of the sensor location on the machine. Under the photo is a caption identifying the
sensor displayed. These displays will make it easier to identify and repair non-functioning
machine parts. Touching the resulting photo will return the touchscreen to the
‘Jog Control’
screen. For troubleshooting instructions, please refer to Section 10:
‘Troubleshooting & Repairs’
.
The status indicator in the lower right-hand corner of the display is labeled ‘MTR.’ Touching this
status indicator will display a photo of the side-belt drive motors. If the
‘MTR’
status indicator is
blinking, one of the side-belt drive motors is non-functional. To the left of the
‘MTR’
status
indicator is the
‘PSI’
status indicator. Touching this indicator will bring up a photo of the air
pressure regulator. If the
‘PSI’
status indicator is blinking, there is inadequate air pressure.
