Lower the lift and set the underpan override
switch as normal (9mm Pad). This switch is the
second blue one down.
Check the blue switches are pushed as close to
the tubes as possible.
Align the door etc and set the door up as
normal.
Fit the upper stop bracket (Temporary clamp) in
the RH guide. Refer to the manual for height.
Send the lift up and set the height by fine
adjusting the top stop bracket.
Adjust the top blue switch central just below
centre of the slot
Align guides if necessary to align the door.
Fit the cover over the trapdoor leg on the top of
the trapdoor.
Fit the intercavity guard (‘cat flap’).
With the lift at the top pull the red rod down with
pliers and the lift should dump and re level
Pull the red rod hard down and check the final
limit switch blows CB2 and then reset.
Check all wires in RHS of sling are tied neatly
out of the way of moving parts
Adjust Pots on PCB.
Lay the carpet.
Lubricate the Guides/Rollers and Door Cables
Carry out Test Certificates
Carry out Safety Checks
Record all findings on sheets on site
Panel the lift up (Refer to Manual)
Clean Lift down
Tidy Site
