2. Fix down
through the centre
brace into the side
frame, using the
hex head screws,
spring washers
and plain washers
supplied.
3. Lift
carriage
upright.
1. Slide centre brace into top
channels of side frames.
Fixing Sides to Floor
Fixing Centre Brace to Top of Sides
Make sure slot in u/pan boss
assembly has fully engaged
with the floor side ledge.
1. Stand floor upright with axle to the ground. Fix one of
side panels by lining up holes/slots with the floor as
shown and slot the two parts together.
Nuts should be
pre-assembled with enough gaps to be able to slide
the car sides on.
Once assembled, pull the
‘hockey stick’ shaped plunger
to make sure it is free.
2. Attach and tighten rear bolt and front two screws with spring washers, as soon as possible
to firmly secure side to floor. Tighten the remaining six nuts as illustrated above. Attach
opposite side, using same method as above.

4. Secure rear of
brace to side rear
uprights.
Drill a Ø3.5mm hole
through pilot hole
indicated and use
M4 x 10 taptite to
secure each side.
Use caphead
screws, spring
washers and plain
washers to fix.
