Manual Door Set Up
When fitting a manually operated door to the Harmony, it is essential to fit a connector block
(CE1734) into TB15 of the CE1654 PCB, with a single wire link between the Com and NC
connector pin. This ensures that the door circuit of the board is always in a state where the
lift can accept a call when the door lock is locked, and the door proving switch made.
The automatic door closure unit is not fitted to a lift with a manual door, however the door
proving switch is still utilised. The door proving switch needs to be installed so that when
the door is locked, the door proving switch is activated by the moving clutch.
The following diagram shows the configuration of the proving mechanism.
