Harmony Service Points
1)
Check oil level in the pump unit.
2)
Check that control circuit voltage does not fall below 11.5V when lift is travelling
down………V.
3)
Check door operation and settings (Door stops 10mm from car side when limit
override turned down. Door stopping on pads and not beak, proving switch made
when door 20mm from fully closed, not hitting any obstructions).
4)
Check door backs away when obstructed.
5)
Check anti creep system at the upper level. With the lift at the top, push the control
mechanism down using a screwdriver (the lift will descend). As soon as it descends,
let go and the lift will return to the upper level.
6)
Check all fuse ratings.
7)
Check condition of final relays.
8)
Check trailing cable.
9)
Check no debris between car floor and underpan
10)
Check no oil in catch tank.
11)
Check emergency lowering system.
12)
Check Operation of final limit switch (ensure CB2 trips).
13)
Check earth bonding (mains earth to chassis continuity less than 1 ohm).
14)
Fold up seat fixings/screws.
15)
Check all aperture liner fixings/screws.
16)
Check carriage fixings are tight (4 across top of centre brace & 2 x ¾” nuts on axle).
17)
Check ram fixing bolts x 2.
18)
Check ram cover fixing.
19)
Check for any other loose fixings (fish plates, hinges, underpan).
20)
Check load plate is fitted.
21)
Check Light.
22)
Check all covers, caps and bungs etc...are fitted.
23)
Check for squeaks and rattles and rectify.
24)
Lift bottoms on ram.
25)
Lubricate
Door latch with light medium machine oil (TC014 –150 VG32)
Underpan springs with light medium machine oil (TC014 –150 VG32)
Door hinge with light medium machine oil (TC014 –150 VG32)
Guides & Rollers
Control Mechanism Plunger with light oil/silicone

Check standing passengers are not using the lift.

Trunking condition & fixings.
28)
Check security of control tubes.
29)
Check all control mechanism switches are tight and pushed up to the control tube &
fixings are tight.
30)
Check no wiring fouling around the trapdoor arm
31)
Replace batteries in call stations, carriage control and key fob
32)
Charger Voltage (13.6V)…………V.
33)
Check 8.20V Pot on Sling PCB………...V.
34)
Check condition of pulley wheels and replace trapdoor suspension wire.
35)
Ensure red rod is free and not fouling any wires/cables.
