Trailing Cable Installation – at the Control Tube end
Ram Installation Preparation – bleed nipple cap removal
2.5mm Earth Bond
Cable Connection

3. Fix Earth Bond
Cable to the lower
base plate as
indicated and wire
back to powerpack.
Remove lower and middle control tubes. Thread trailing cables into energy chain.
2. Route the cables
(leading to
powerpack), out
over rear of
spreader plate at
bottom of lower
control tube tray.
Cable tie to
spreader plate
where necessary.

Taking care to avoid cables, refit
control tubes.
1. Attach energy chain bracket to
middle control tray. Clip the energy
chain end link (furthest away from
free end of trailing cables), into the
bracket and drop the wires down
into the tray.

Ram Bleed Nipple Cap Removal
The yellow bleed nipple caps (1 & 2)
must be removed before the ram is
installed.
Failure to do so will result in the
upper bleed cap being damaged
when the ram is operated.
